Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for that Purpose to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 19 perches.

Being part of Section 570 in the public map of the City of Wellington, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in the certificate of title, Volume 38, folio 234 (Wellington Land Registry).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of April 1954.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 28th day of April 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 6 perches.

Being Crown land.

Situated in Block VI, Wakapuaka Survey District (Nelson R.D.). (S.O. 9804.)

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142798, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of April 1954.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142797, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
