A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of April 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.

Being part Allotment 10A, Tautari Settlement.

Situated in Block XI, Maungatautari Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36496.)

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142939, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 15th day of April 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre.

Being Allotment 93, Village of Leigh, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 571, folio 245 (Auckland Land Registry). (Limited as to parcels.)
