Crown Land Set Apart for Post-and-telegraph Purposes (Radio Station) in Blocks II and V, Port Nicholson Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart for Post-and-telegraph purposes (radio station); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of April 1954.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for post-and-telegraph purposes (line store and depot); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of April 1954.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 20 perches.

Being Section 88, Town of Westport, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 38, folio 203 (Nelson Land Registry).

Situated in the Borough of Westport.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of April 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 30Β·2 perches.

Being Lots 9 and 10, D.P. 40625, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1096, folio 267 (Auckland Land Registry).

Situated in the City of Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1954.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1954.
