A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 22·2 perches. Adjoining Oromahoe A Block, part Sarah Hutton’s Grant, and part Lot 1, D.P. 24566, being part Sarah Hutton’s Grant.
Situated in Block VI, Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 38057.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142808, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
