PURSUANT to subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the
Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the
reservation for public saleyards over the land described in
the Schedule hereto; and hereby declares that the said land,
being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for
disposal under the Land Act 1948.

Changing the Purpose of a Reserve in Kawhia North Survey
District, South Auckland Land District

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a
landing reserve, and is vested, in trust, in the Kawhia
County Council:
And whereas it is expedient that the purpose of the
reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for
a pound site, and the Kawhia County Council has duly con-
sented to such change of purpose:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) (a) of section
7 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares
that the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby changed from a landing reserve to a reserve
for a pound site.

reservation over such land shall be changed to a reserve for
recreation purposes:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) (a) of section
7 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency
the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that the
purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby changed from a reserve for plantation purposes to a
reserve for recreation purposes.
