THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Devonport:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Devonport, in trust, for recreation purposes.

LOT 4, Deposited Plan No. 37880, being part Allotment 5, Section 1, Parish of Takapuna, situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District: Area, 1 acre and 13·6 perches, more or less. Recreation Reserve in Otago Land District Brought Under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928

PURSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Clyde Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Clyde Domain Board.

PURSUANT to section 34 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the Canterbury Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Upper Waitohi Domain, and shall be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

Cancelling the Vesting of Portion of a Reserve in the Queenstown Borough Council

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve for a public cemetery and is vested in trust, in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Queenstown:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Queenstown Borough Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 10 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Queenstown of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Kihikihi Town Board has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 10 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby cancels the vesting in the Kihikihi Town Board of the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to subsection (1) (b) of section 7 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the reservation for gravel purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby declares that the said land, being vested in the Crown, is Crown land available for disposal under the Land Act 1948.
