Vesting a Reserve in the Southland County Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 17th day of
March 1954.
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has
been duly set apart as a reserve for afforestation
purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it
is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman,
Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Southland:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby declares that from and after the
day of the date hereof the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Southland, in trust, for
afforestation purposes.

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
SECTIONS 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, 88, and 90, Block I,
Sections 31, 32, and 45, Block VIII, and Sections 23, 24, 25,
26, 27, 33, 43, 44, 45, and 48, Block IX, Waikaia Survey
District: Area, 1,780 acres 3 roods 15 perches, more or less.
Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section
59 of the Land Act 1948.

Vesting the Control of Reserves in the Automobile
Association (Southland), Incorporated

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 17th day of

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the First Schedule hereto
has been duly set apart as a reserve for plantation
purposes:
And whereas the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a camping
ground:
And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said
reserves should be vested in the Automobile Association
(Southland), Incorporated:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 17 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby vests the control of the said
reserves in the Automobile Association (Southland), Incor-
porated, for their respective purposes.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT
SECTION 3, Block X, Town of Manapouri: Area, 4 acres
2 roods 38 perches, more or less. Subject to the reservations
and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public

Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the
day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and

tion purposes.

man's cottage:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it
is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Council-
lors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wairoa:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the
day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Wairoa, in trust, for a site for
a roadman's cottage.

And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General,
it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Papatoetoe:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby declares that from and after the
day of the date hereof the reserves described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Burgesses of the Borough of Papatoetoe, in trust, for
recreation purposes.
