  1. The Board shall control the said reserve and the
    building erected thereon for the purposes of a public hall,
    and shall also afford settlers and residents of Belvedere and
    the surrounding district such facilities for meeting within
    the said hall as may from time to time be determined by the
    Board; provided that the Board shall have power to fix
    reasonable charges for the use of the said hall.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve in the Manukau County
Council

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has
been duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes:
And whereas it is expedient that the control of the
said reserve should be vested in the Manukau County Council:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 17 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby vests the control of the said reserve
in the Manukau County Council.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has
been duly set apart as a reserve for Rabbit Board
buildings:
And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said
reserve should be vested in the Wairau Rabbit Board:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 17 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby vests the control of the said reserve
in the Wairau Rabbit Board.

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has
been duly set apart as a reserve for a site for a road-
man's cottage:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it
is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Council-
lors, and Inhabitants of the County of Wairarapa South:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the
day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule
hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Wairarapa South, in trust, for a
site for a roadman's cottage.

Reserve in the Hutt County Council

WHEREAS the land described in the First Schedule
hereto is a plantation Reserve:
And whereas the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto is a drainage reserve:
And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said
reserves should be vested in the Hutt County Council:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 17 of the Public
Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby vests the control of the said
reserves in the Hutt County Council subject to the condition
hereinafter contained, that is to say, the Hutt County Council
shall have the right, during the pleasure of the Minister of
Lands, to use the said lands for access purposes.
