A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of March 1954.

perches.
Being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, D.P. S. 1548, being part Allotment
399, Parish of Mangapiko, and being part of the land
comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume

Situated in the Borough of Te Awamutu.
