PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken
for health purposes (district nurse’s residence); and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 29th day of March 1954.

of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act 1948, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare

for subdivision into building allotments for housing purposes
and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the
