A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of March 1954.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 35.7 perches.
Being part Sections 409 and 410, Town of Stratford.
Situated in the Borough of Stratford (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 6148.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 142516, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 22nd day of March 1954.
