Lands Reserved Under the Scenery Preservation Act 1908

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted
pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act 1908 (herein-
after referred to as the said Act), has recommended that the
lands described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently
reserved for scenic purposes, and it is expedient to give effect
to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to the said Act, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic
reserve under the said Act and subject to the provisions
thereof.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
SECTIONS 12, 13, and 14, Block XVI, Purua Survey District:
Total area, 822 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes of the Forest Hill Tramway.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:
2 roods 22 perches.
Being part road.
Situated in Block III, Winton Hundred, Southland
County. (S.O. 6048.)
In the Southland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 12074,
deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Com-
mission at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, edged
green.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928,
I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke
Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim
and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby set apart for post-and-telegraph purposes
(transmitter station); and I also declare that this Proclama-
tion shall take effect on and after the 29th day of March
1954.

21.4 perches.

Situated in Block III, Kawatiri Survey District (Nelson
R.D.). (S.O. 9860.)

is hereby set apart, subject to Notice of building-line
restriction No. S. 44860 (Auckland Land Registry), for
health purposes (district nurse's residence); and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 29th day of March 1954.
