CORRIGENDUM
IN the New Zealand Gazette No. 14, dated 4 March 1954,
page 345, under the heading 'Notice to Persons Affected
by Applications for Licences Under Part III of the Industrial
Efficiency Act 1936', notice was given of an application
having been made by Nuhaka Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd.,
Nuhaka, Hawke's Bay, for a licence to resell motor spirit
from one pump to be installed on cheese factory premises
at Nuhaka.
This notice is hereby cancelled, and the following
substituted therefor:
'Nuhaka Co-operative Dairy Co. Ltd., Nuhaka, Hawke's
Bay, has applied for a licence to resell motor spirit from
one pump to be installed on cheese factory premises at
Nuhaka, for sales to suppliers and staff only.'
Applicants and other persons considering themselves to
be materially affected by the decision of the Bureau of
Industry on this application should, not later than 1 April
1954, submit any written evidence and representations they
may desire to tender. All communications should be
addressed to Secretary, Bureau of Industry, C.P.O. Box 2492,
Wellington.

State Forest Lands Reserved Under the Scenery Preservation
Act 1908

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted
pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act 1908 (herein-
after referred to as the said Act), has recommended that the
State forest lands described in the Schedule hereto should be
permanently reserved for scenic purposes:
And whereas the Minister in Charge of Scenery Preserva-
tion and Minister of Forests have also, pursuant to section 55
of the Statutes Amendment Act 1938, recommended that the
said State forest lands should be declared scenic reserves, and
it is expedient to give effect to such recommendations:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 6 of the said Act and
the said section 55 of the Statutes Amendment Act 1938, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the State forest lands described in the Schedule hereto
shall be scenic reserves under the said Act, and subject to the
provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE
NELSON LAND DISTRICT
SECTIONS 22, 24, and 25, and part Section 23, Block IX,
Waitakere Survey District: Area, 139 acres 1 rood 23 perches,
more or less. As shown on the plan marked L. and S. 4/1057.
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Also, Section 4, Block IX, Waitakere Survey District:
Area, 84 acres and 17 perches, more or less.
Also, all that area containing by admeasurement 52 acres,
more or less, situated in Block IX, Waitakere Survey District,
and bounded as follows: Towards the south by Section 22,
towards the north-west by Crown land, and towards the north-
east by a public road.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 20th day of March 1954.

this 20th day of March 1954.
