PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
orders and declares that the portions of road described in
the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date of this Order
in Council become county road.
SCHEDULE
ALL those portions of road (Pongakawa Farm Settlement
Road) in the South Auckland Land District, Tauranga County,
in Block VI, Waihi South Survey District, as follows:
First all that portion of road commencing at the southern
corner of Section 18, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly
direction generally for a distance of 160 chains, more or less.
Secondly, all that portion of road commencing at the
northern corner of Section 17, and proceeding thence in a
south-easterly direction generally for a distance of 115 chains,
more or less.

PURSUANT to section 31 of the Municipal Corporations
Amendment Act 1948 and section 125 of the Public
Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council,
hereby authorizes the Hamilton City Council to permit the
laying-off of the proposed street described in the Schedule
hereto at a width for part of its length of less than 66 ft.
but not less than 58 ft., subject to the condition that no
building or part of a building shall be erected on Lots 1, 2,
3, and 4 of a subdivision of the land shown edged green on
the plan marked P.W.D. 141895 within a distance of 25 ft.
from the street boundaries of the said lots.
