The engagement of Squadron Leader Malcolm Robert HEAD, D.S.O., D.F.C., B.E., B.Sc., B.A. (70070), is extended for a period of two years during which period he is granted leave without pay, to be followed by a period of four years in the Air Force Reserve. Dated 1 October 1953.

Flying Officer Ian McAlpine ANDERSON (72506) is transferred from the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, to the General Duties Branch, Active Reserve, for a period of four years. Dated 19 September 1953.
Flying Officer William Thomas Roy STOKES (132949) is transferred from the General Duties Branch, General Reserve, to the Technical Branch, Engineer Division, Active Reserve, for a period of four years, with his present rank and seniority. Dated 1 October 1953.
Pilot Officer Benjamin Hamish KNIGHT (75042) is transferred from the General Duties Branch, Regular Air Force, to the Administrative and Supply Branch, Special Duties Division, General Reserve, for a period of six years, with his present rank and seniority. Dated 15 November 1953.
