A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for a public school; and l also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day
of November 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:
3 roods 8 perches.
Being part Lot 4, D.P. 15933, being part Allotment 50, Te
Rapa Parish.
Situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District (Auckland
R.D.). (S.O. 36172.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
141663, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at
Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 12th day of November 1953.

Waikohu Survey District, and Revoking Part of a
Previous Proclamation

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the
Proclamation dated the 12th day of November 1951, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 86 of the 15th day
of the same month at page 1693, taking additional land for a
public school in Block IV, Waikohu Survey District, in so
far as it affects the piece of land described in the First
Schedule thereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that the
additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a public school; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day
of November 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:
1 acre 7.7 perches.
Being part Lot 24, D.P. 1145, being part Section 20, Karaka
Block.
Situated in Block IV, Waikohu Survey District (Gisborne
R.D.). (S.O. 4807.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141647,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thercon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,

General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
taken, subject to the rights created by Memoranda of Transfer
No. 100061 and No. 287945 (Auckland Land Registry), for the
purposes of a public school (teacher's residence); and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 23rd day of November 1953.

perches.
