A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of November 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre. Being part Lot 30, D.P. 7492, being part Kauri Block. Situated in Block III, Waihou Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 36340.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141664, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

SCHEDULE APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres and 15.4 perches. Being part Section 123. Situated in Block X, Leaning Rock Survey District (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11769.) In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141671, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
