Additional Land Taken for a Public School in the City of Wanganui

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of October 1953.

( ) 14·54 Part Lots 195 and 196, D.P. 928, being part Suburban Section 31, Town of Wanganui, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 395, folio 287 (Wellington Land Registry).
( ) 25·5 Part Lot 196, D.P. 928, being part Suburban Section 31, Town of Wanganui, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 125, folio 281 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Wanganui.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 2nd day of October 1953.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a public school (teacher's residence); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of October 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 acres 2 roods 22·2 perches. Being part Mangapapa No. 2 Block, being all the land in D.P. 5053, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 279, folio 203 (Wellington Land Registry). Situated in Block VI, Momahaki Survey District. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of October 1953.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of October 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 3 roods 17·7 perches. Being part Lot 5, D.P. 1206, being part Rural Section 184A. Situated in Block XII, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8636.) In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141341, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of October 1953.
