A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, being land subject to the Housing Act 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act 1948.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
LOT 11, Deposited Plan No. S. 355, being part Allotment 24, Te Rapa Parish, situated in Block II, Hamilton Survey District: Area, 2 roods 18.4 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 703, folio 390. (S.O. plan 35940.)

Pursuant to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 2 roods 0.4 perches.
Being Sections 3 and 4, Block XXXII, Town of Patea, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 1, folio 246 (Taranaki Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Patea (Taranaki R.D.). (S.O. 4922.)
In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141336, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken: 3 acres 15.5 perches.
Being part of the Bed of the Waitemata Harbour. Situated in Block VI, Rangitoto Survey District (Borough of Devonport) (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 31401.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141288, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Being part Lot 23, D.P. 25437, being part Allotments 5A and 149, Parish of Waipareira. Situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37837.)
