A PROCLAMATION
PUSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for
better utilization, is hereby set apart for housing purposes;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 12th day of October 1953.

convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day

and Citizens of the City of Auckland as from the date
hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of
October 1953.
