Pursuant to section 61 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby directs that from the moneys received in respect of the former Tiriraukawa (Pohonui) Domain, described in the First Schedule hereto, and at the date hereof lying to the credit of the said domain, a sum not exceeding one hundred pounds shall be applied in managing, administering, and improving the Retaruke Domain described in the Second Schedule hereto.
