His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation, in the Canterbury Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and, such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Hoon Hay Domain and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain

Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Glenfield War Memorial Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares thnt the reserve for recreation in the Otago Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the snid Act, and such reserve shall hereafter form part of the Naseby Domain, and shall be managed, administered, nod dealt with as a public domain by the Naseby Domain Board.

NORRIE, Governor-General ORDER IN COUNCIL At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of Bentember 1953 Present: His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL Pursuant to section 44 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints The member of the Halswell County Council representing the No. 2 Riding ex officio, John Ballard,, James Gillispie Barclay, Ivan David Crawshaw, Mervyn Selwyn Moss, Clarence Richard Powley, Charles Selwyn Skinner, Athol James Templeton, and Geoffrey James Williams to be the Hoon Hay Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby appoints Tuesday, the 1st day of September 1953, at 7.30 o'clock p.m., as the time who?, and the Spreydon School, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
