WHEREAS the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto was vested in the Wairau Rabbit Board as a reserve for Rabbit Board buildings by an Order in Council dated the 10th day of August 1949 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 18th day of that month, pursuant to section 17 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928:

And whereas it is expedient that the said Order in Council should be revoked:

Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (2) of section 17 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council hereinbefore referred to.
