Easement Taken Over Land in Block XVI, Mareaekakaho Survey District, for Broadcasting Purposes

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Wiloughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that an easement for broadcasting purposes is hereby taken
over the land described in the Schedule hereto, vesting in Her
Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, licence, and
authority in perpetuity to take water from a spring situated
on the said land and for that purpose to carry out any works
that are deemed necessary by Her Majesty the Queen to
provide an unpolluted and adequate supply of water to the
land in Proclamation No. 1742 (Hawke's Bay Land Registry),
and secondly, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and
authority in perpetuity to convey water from the said spring
along, under, or over the said land and for that purpose to
lay, construct, place, and maintain a line of pipes along, under,
or over the said land, such easement to be held appurtenant to
the land in the said Proclamation No. 1742; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 7th day of September 1953.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land over which the above-
described easement is taken: 12.2 perches.
Being part Pukerowhitu 2E 2 Block.
Situated in Block XVI, Mareaekakaho Survey District
(Hawke's Bay R.D.). (S.O. 2653.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 140125,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 1st day of September 1953.

General Sir Charles Wiloughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described that the land described in the Schedule
hereto, now held for a public works store and depot, is hereby
set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1953.

ton, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Wiloughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for
housing purposes, is hereby set apart for buildings of the
General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation
shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1953.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of land set apart: 1 rood
37.1 perches.
Being Lots 47 and 48, D.P.S. 1628, being part Section 46,
Suburbs of Rotorua, being originally part of the
Pukeroa-o-Ruawhata Block, and being part of the land
comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume
658, folio 265 (Auckland Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Rotorua.

Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day
of September 1953.

SCHEDULE

Approximate area of the piece of additional land taken:
26.7 perches.
Being Lot 1, D.P. 4881, being part Suburban Section 31,
Town of Wanganui, and being the whole of the land
comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume
293, folio 140 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Wanganui.
