A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1953.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of additional land taken:
A. R. P. Being
0 0 20-83 All the land in D.P. 7408, and being part Allotment 38, Block I, D.P. 44, Township of Green Island, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 23, folio 3 (Otago Land Registry).
0 2 13-2 Allotments 39 and 40, Block I, D.P. 44, Township of Green Island, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 94, folio 194 (Otago Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Green Island.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a Maori school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of September 1953.

3 acres 3 roods 20 perches.
Being part Lot 57, D.P. 7586, being part Motatau No. 2 Block.
Situated in Block VII, Motatau Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37749.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 141006, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
