A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 3-07 perches.
Being Lot 40 on D.P.S. 1238, being part Section 65, Matamata Settlement formerly part Section 65, Block II, Tapapa Survey District, and originally part of the Tauranga-o-Moana Block and being part of the land comprised in Proclamation No. S. 23146 (Auckland Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Matamata.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of September 1953.
