A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being lands subject to the Housing Act 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT Lot 8, Deposited Plan No. 15485, being part Suburban Section 46, Town of Levin: Area, 1 rood 6·8 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 489, folio 292.
Also Lot 9, Deposited Plan No. 15485, being part Suburban Section 46, Town of Levin: Area, 5·2 perches more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 489, folio 292.
Also Lot 20, Deposited Plan No. 15486, being part Sections 47 and 50, Levin Village Settlement: Area, 1 acre and 27 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 560, folio 228.
All situated in Block T, Waiopehu Survey District.

Altering the Boundaries of the Waimea Electric Power District

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Waimea Electric Power District so as to include therein the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
ALL that area of land in the Nelson Land District, being part of the Murchison County, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Block VI, Arnaud Survey District, being a point on the north-eastern boundary of the Rotoroa Survey District, and proceeding in a north-westerly direction along the said north-eastern boundary; thence in a northerly direction generally along the eastern boundary of the Hope Survey District to its junction with the south-western boundary of the Waimoa County as defined in the New Zealand Gazette of 1950 at page 1652; thence in easterly and south-easterly directions generally along the said south-western boundary to its junction with the north-western boundary of the Amuri County as defined in the New Zealand Gazette of 1928 at page 348; thence in a south-westerly direction along the said north-western boundary to Trig. Station C.C. on the St. Arnaud Range; thence in a westerly direction by a right line to the north-eastern corner of Section 2, Block VIII, Arnaud Survey District; thence in a north-westerly direction along the north-eastern boundaries of the said Section 2 and Section 11, Block VIII aforesaid, to Trig. Station C.F.; thence in a north-westerly direction by a right line to the north-eastern corner of Block VII, Arnaud Survey District; thence in a westerly direction along the northern boundary of the said Block VII, and the northern boundary of Block VI, Arnaud Survey District, to the north-western corner of the said Block VI, being the point of commencement.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.H.D. 249, deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington, and thereon bordered yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of September 1953.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Wellington-Napier Railway

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 11th day of August 1925 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 59 of the 13th day of the same month at page 2409, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 1544, defining the middle line of a portion of the Wellington-Napier railway, in so far as it affects an area of 4·48 perches, being part Lot 3, D.P. 14872, being part of Section 59, Hutt District, situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District (City of Lower Hutt). In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 139648, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of August 1953.

A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, subject to the condition as to buildings or hoardings imposed by K. 33078 (Wellington Land Registry).
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land: 1 rood 7·64 perches.
Being Lot 506, D.P. 15764, being part Section 108, Porirua District, situated in Block II, Belmont Survey District, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 571, folio 56 (Wellington Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of August 1953.
