A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a technical school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of February 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken : 2.75 perches.
Being Lot 31, D.P. 15266, being part Rural Section 248, Township of Palmerston North, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 551, folio 282 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Palmerston North.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 21st day of January 1953.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of February 1953.
