A PROCLAMATION
PUSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 2nd day of February 1953.

coloured as above mentioned.

Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim
as closed the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto.

Him to Use Water for the Purpose of Generating Electricity

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PUSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the assignment to
Hector Beatson Brereton, of Evans Creek, South Westland, Farmer,
by Gerhard Henry Diedrichs, of Evans Creek, South Westland,
Dairy-farmer, of his rights, powers, and privileges under an Order
in Council dated the 10th day of June 1942, and published in the
New Zealand Gazette on the 25th day of the same month, at page 1822,
authorizing him to use water for the purpose of generating electricity.

Declaring Portions of the Ngaupari Farm Settlement Road in the
Tauranga County, to be County Road

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of
January 1953
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCE THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PUSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and
declares that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto
shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become county
road.
SCHEDULE
ALL that portion of road in the South Auckland Land District,
commencing on the north-western side of No. 3 Road at the eastern
corner of Section 40, Block V, Maketu Survey District, and
proceeding thence in a north-westerly direction for a distance of
approximately 21 chains and terminating at the northern corner
of Section 39, Block V, Maketu Survey District.
Also all that portion of road in the South Auckland Land
District, commencing on the south-eastern side of No. 3 Road at
the western corner of Section 43, Block V, Maketu Survey District,
and proceeding thence in a south-easterly and south-westerly
direction for a distance of approximately 20 chains and terminating
at the western corner of Section 48, Block V, Maketu Survey District.
As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 139225, deposited in the office of the Minister of
Works at Wellington and thereon coloured red and marked B-A
and C-D respectively.

The Dairy Flat Cemetery Order 1953

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 21st day of
January 1953
Present:
His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PUSUANT to the Cemeteries Act 1908, His Excellency the
Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Dairy Flat Cemetery Order
- (1) The delegation to the Waitemata County Council of the
powers of appointing and removing trustees for the Dairy Flat
Cemetery, made by Order in Council dated the 18th day of September
1933*, is hereby revoked.
(2) The said Order in Council is hereby accordingly amended by
omitting from the second column of the Schedule the words "Dairy
Flat", where those words occur opposite the reference to the Waite-
mata County Council in the first column of that Schedule.
