Revoking Land from the Provisions of Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936 (Kaipara Development Scheme)

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby revokes a notice, dated the 16th day of December 1938 and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 93 of the 21st day of December 1938 at page 2884, whereby the land known as Lot 3, D.P. 16637 (C.T. 421/92), and other blocks were declared to be subject to Part I of the Maori Land Amendment Act 1936.
