the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land

the Land Act 1948.

this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day
of August 1953.

General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the First and Second Schedules
hereto, now held for buildings of the General Government, is
hereby set apart for an agricultural research station subject,
as to the land described in the said Second Schedule, to water
and other rights over part Sections 1 and 2, Block V, East
Taieri Survey District, in favour of the land comprised and
described in certificate of title, Volume 262, folio 108 (Otago
Land Registry), created by Transfer No. 112132; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 31st day of August 1953.
