A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a scenic reserve subject to the provisions of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928:
And whereas it is expedient that the said land should be declared a reserve under the Scenery Preservation Act 1908:
Now, therefore, pursuant to Section 4 of the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act 1926, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, from and after the date hereof, be a scenic reserve under the provisions of the Scenery Preservation Act 1908, and its amendments.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Lot 87, Deposited Plan No. 37794, being part Allotment 25, Parish of Waikomiti, situated in Block VI, Titirangi Survey District: Area, 2 acres 3 roods 1.4 perches, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 1054, folio 100. Subject to Grant of Right of Way created by Transfer No. 510873.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (1) of section 8 of the Housing Amendment Act 1940, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the lands described in the Schedule hereto, being lands subject to the Housing Act 1919, to be Crown land available for reservation under the Land Act 1948.

Lot 48, Deposited Plan No. 7074, being part of the Original Bed of the Otago Harbour: Area, 37.44 perches, more or less. Part certificate of title, Volume 359, folio 58.

Revoking a Proclamation Declaring Crown Land to be Subject to the Provisions of the Maori Housing Act 1935

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 2 (2) of the Maori Housing Amendment Act 1938, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the 6th day of May 1949 and published in the Gazette on the 9th day of June 1949, at page 1316, whereby the Crown land known as Section 9, Block XV, Mangaoporo Survey District, containing 4 acres 3 roods 35 perches, more or less, was declared to be set apart for the purposes of the Maori Housing Act 1935.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 19th day of August 1953.

PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of the South Island Main Trunk Railway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 31st day of August 1953.
