A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of August 1953.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods.
Being Sections 7 and 9.
Situated in Block IV, Kerepeehi Township, as shown on a plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as No. 18399 (South Auckland Land District).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for accommodation for immigrants, is hereby set apart for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of August 1953.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for Housing Purposes in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, and Previous Proclamation Revoked

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 20th day of April 1953 and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 22 of the 23rd day of April 1953 at page 635, taking land and an easement over land for housing purposes in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken for housing purposes over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto vesting in Her Majesty the Queen full and free liberty, right, license, and authority in perpetuity to lay, construct, place, reconstruct, cleanse, repair, and maintain a line of sewer pipes under, along, and over the said land, and to connect such line of pipes to the manhole and sewer adjoining the said land, and to use the said line of pipes for the unimpeded conveyance of sewage, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 17th day of August 1953.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 3 roods 19·2 perches.
Being part Lots 3 and 4, D.P. 11846, being part Rural Section 292; coloured sepia.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land over which an easement is taken: 4 perches.
Being part Lot 3, D.P. 11846, being part Rural Section 292; coloured blue.
All situated in Block VII, Christchurch Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8568.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 139929, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
