Lands Reserved Under the Scenery Preservation Act 1908

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the Scenery Preservation Board, constituted
pursuant to the Scenery Preservation Act 1908 (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), has recommended that the
lands described in the Schedule hereto should be permanently
reserved for scenic and historic purposes, and it is expedient
to give effect to such recommendation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to the said Act, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that
the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be a scenic
and historic reserve under the said Act, and subject to the
provisions thereof.
SCHEDULE
MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT
ALL the land shown on Deposited Plan No. 1099, being part
Waikawa lb, situated in Block VII, Arapawa Survey District:
Area, 1 acre, more or less. All certificate of title, Volume 31,
folio 5.
Also part Section 92, Queen Charlotte Sound Registration
District, situated in Block VII, Arapawa Survey District:
Area, 1 rood 20 perches, more or less. All certificate of title,
Volume 50, folio 20.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 5th day of August 1953.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to
the Land Act 1948.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 2 roods 3.7 perches.
Being Section 5.
Situated in Block VI, Town of Frankton (Otago R.D.).

the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the

to the Land Act 1948.

Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare
the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land
subject to the Land Act 1948, subject to the conditions as to
buildings or hoardings imposed by K. 32254. (Wellington
Land Registry).

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown
land: 32.41 perches.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
set apart for an automatic-telephone exchange; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 17th day of August 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 38.7
perches.
Being part Lot 9, Section 17, Town of Onehunga.
Situated in Block V, Otahuhu Survey District (Borough
