Notice of Intention to Take Land and to Stop Portions of Road
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Raglan County Council proposes under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928 to take for road the portions of land described in the First Schedule hereto and to stop the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto. A plan of the portions of land proposed to be taken and of the portions of road proposed to be stopped is open for public inspection at the office of the Raglan County Council, Waingaro Road, Ngaruawahia, during forty (40) days of the date of the first publication of this notice. All persons objecting to the proposals must lodge their objections in writing on or before the 9th day of September 1953.
