HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

Pursuant to section 34 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the reserves for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same are hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and such reserves shall hereafter form part of the Oneroa Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain by the Oneroa Domain Board.

Exempting Memorandum of Lease No. 24625 in the Wellington Land District from the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925

In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by subsection (2) of section 171 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare that the Memorandum of Lease described in the Schedule hereto shall be exempt from the operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925, and hereby further declare that this notice shall take effect as from the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

SCHEDULE
MEMORANDUM of Lease dated 7 May 1948 registered in the Lands Registry Office at Wellington under No. 24625 from the Wellington Harbour Board, of all that piece of land situated in the City of Wellington containing 1 rood 37·2 perches, being part of Block IX, Reserve K, Te Aro Reclamation, being part of Lot 23, D.P. 4798, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 383, folio 19 (Wellington Registry).
