Approvals of Testing Officers Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to regulation 5 of the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby approves of the persons named in Column 2 of the Schedule hereunder being Testing Officers under the said regulations for the authority specified in Column 1 of the said Schedule.

Exemption Order Under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940
Pursuant to the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, the Minister of Transport hereby orders and declares that the provisions of clause (1) of regulation 7 of the said regulations so far as they relate to the driving of heavy trade motors, shall not apply to the persons hereinafter mentioned, but in lieu thereof the following provisions shall apply:
A motor driver's licence issued under the Motor Drivers Regulations 1940, to the persons described in Column 1 of the Schedule hereunder may authorize them to drive a heavy trade motor in the course of their employment for the employers described in Column 2 of the said Schedule, but shall not authorize them while they are under the age of eighteen years, to drive a heavy trade motor for any other purpose.

Declaration of Infected Area Under the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952 Revoked (Notice No. Ag. 5451)
Pursuant to regulation 7 of the Citrus Canker Regulations 1952, the declaration of the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto as an infected area under the said regulations made on the 2nd day of April 1951, is hereby revoked.

All that piece of land containing 5 acres 3 roods 32.7 perches, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 5475, part Section 10, Bell Block District, Block 2, Paritutu Survey District, certificate of title, Volume 138, folio 275.
