A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand hereby revoke the Proclamation
dated the 17th day of September 1952, and published
in the New Zealand Gazette No. 63 of the 25th day of
September 1952, at page 1598, setting apart land for post-
and-telegraph purposes (postmaster's residence) in the City
of Lower Hutt, and hereby proclaim and declare that the
land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart
for post-and-telegraph purposes (postmaster's residence); and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 18th day of May 1953.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 35.07
perches.
Being part of Section 59, Hutt District, and being also part of

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in
the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by
James Marlton Pattillo, of Mokauiti, Farmer, under and
by virtue of renewable lease, Volume 113, folio 31 (Taranaki
Land Registry), is hereby taken for a surfaceman's cottage;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect
on and after the 18th day of May 1953.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which
the leashold estate is taken: 6 acres 20 perches.
Being part Section 2s, Piu Settlement.
Situated in Block VII, Mapara Survey District (Taranaki

taken for a public school; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th day of
May 1953.
