Vesting a Reserve in the Mosgiel Borough Council

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 27th day of April 1953
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Mosgiel:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Mosgiel, in trust, for recreation purposes.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block VII, East Taieri Survey District, containing by admeasurement 2 roods 38ยท98 perches, more or less, being Lot 21 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Dunedin under No. 6495, being part Section 7s, Melville Park Settlement. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a site for public conveniences:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Amuri:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Amuri, in trust, for a site for public conveniences.

CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
RESERVE 4671, situated in Block II, Lyndon Survey District: Area, 10 perches, more or less. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948. (S.O. plan 8425.)

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for drainage purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Lower Hutt, in trust, for drainage purposes.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL those areas situated in Blocks IX and X, Belmont Survey District, containing by admeasurement a total of 33 perches, more or less, being Lots 24 and 25 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 15318, being parts subdivisions 14 and 15, Section 58, Hutt District, and parts Section 188, Hutt District. Subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for public hall purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Horowhenua:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Horowhenua, in trust, for public hall purposes.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block IX, Kaitawa Survey District containing by admeasurement 39ยท1 perches, more or less, being Lot 7, as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 16038, being part Section 41, Ngarara West C Block, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 301, folio 82 (Wellington Registry).

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Buscot Rabbit Board, in trust, for Rabbit Board buildings.
SCHEDULE
CANTERBURY LAND DISTRICT
RESERVE 4651, situated in Block III, Gibson Survey District: Area, 2 roods, more or less. Also Reserve 4652, situated in Block V, Gibson Survey District: Area, 1 rood 24 perches, more or less.
