ALLOTMENT 22 of Section 17, Suburbs of Auckland: Area, 32 acres 2 roods, more or less.
Also all that area situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres and 25·3 perches, more or less, being part of the land on D.P. 6681, being part Allotments 3 and 21, Section 17, Suburbs of Auckland, and being all the land comprised and described in certificates of title, Volume 491, folio 75, Volume 620, folio 46, and Volume 680, folio 114 (Auckland Registry).

Vesting the Control of a Reserve in the Kaitaia Free Kindergarten Association

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 27th day of April 1953
Present:
THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a kindergarten site:
And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in the Kaitaia Free Kindergarten Association:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 17 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests the control of the said reserve in the Kaitaia Free Kindergarten Association.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve in the Inangahua County Council

THE RIGHT HON. S. G. HOLLAND PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a site for a War Memorial hall:
And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in the Inangahua County Council:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 17 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests the control of the said reserve in the Inangahua County Council.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for recreation purposes:
And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor-General, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Hawera:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Hawera, in trust, for recreation purposes.

ALL that area containing by admeasurement 3 acres and 31 perches, more or less, being Lot 31 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at New Plymouth under No. 7144, being part Section 28, Town of Hawera. Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves and Domains Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Maniototo, in trust, for plantation purposes.
