Alteration of Boundary

known as the Sewer Extension Loan Special Area.

PURSUANT to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, the Christchurch Drainage Board at a meeting held on the 17th day of March 1953, hereby resolves that the boundary of the said Special Area hereinbefore described and defined shall be further altered so as to include in the said Special Area all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto; and further resolves that the said areas shall form part of and be included in the Subdivision ‘‘B’’ of the said Special Area and that the boundaries of the said Subdivision ‘‘B’’ shall be altered accordingly so as to include all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

Grange Street

All that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, such point being the north-western corner of Lot 13, Deposit Plan No. 11204; thence easterly along the northern boundary of Lot 13 to the north-eastern corner thereof; thence southerly and westerly along the eastern and southern boundaries of the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 509, folio 67, Canterbury Registry, to the Special Area boundary; thence northerly along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Aotea Terrace

All that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, such point being the north-western corner of Lot 76, Deposit Plan No. 7182; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Lot 76 to the Special Area boundary; thence north-easterly, north-westerly, and south-westerly along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

THIRD SCHEDULE

Centaurus Road

All that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the right bank of the Heathcote River on the Special Area boundary, such point being a production of the northern boundary of Lot 3,

Deposit Plan No. 10082; thence easterly across Palatine Terrace and along the northern boundary of Lot 3 to the Special Area boundary; thence southerly, westerly, and northerly along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

FOURTH SCHEDULE

Hills Road (West Side)

All that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, such point being the north-western corner of Lot 16, Deposit Plan No. 13198; thence northerly across Lot 62, Deposit Plan No. 13198, along the western boundaries of Lots 17, 18, and 19, and north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of Lots 20 and 21, and the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 63, 64, and 38 to the south-eastern side of Westminster Street; thence north-easterly, easterly, and south-easterly along the north-western, northern, and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 37 to the easternmost corner thereof; thence north-easterly across Hills Road to a point on the Special Area boundary, being the south-western corner of Lot 3, Deposit Plan No. 1069; thence south-easterly, southerly, north-westerly, and westerly along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

FIFTH SCHEDULE

New Brighton Road

All that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, such point being the easternmost corner of Lot 1, Deposit Plan No. 764; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, Deposit Plan No. 764, and Lots 4, 5, and 6, Deposit Plan No. 16349, to the northern side of New Brighton Road; thence westerly along the northern side of that road to the Special Area boundary; thence north-easterly generally and south-easterly along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

SIXTH SCHEDULE

Marshland Road

All that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, such point being the north-western corner of Lot 4, Deposit Plan No. 8300; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Lot 6, Deposit Plan No. 5119, to the eastern side of Marshland Road; thence north-westerly across Marshland Road to the south-eastern corner of Lot 19, Deposit Plan No. 14588; thence westerly along the southern boundary of Lot 19 to the south-western corner thereof; thence northerly along the western boundaries of Lots 19 and 18, Deposit Plan No. 14588 to the northern boundary of Lot 18; thence easterly along the northern boundary of Lot 18 to the western boundary of Lot 17, Deposit Plan No. 14027; thence northerly along the western boundaries of Lots 17, 16, 15, across Lot 34, and along western boundary of Lot 14 to the north-western corner thereof; thence easterly along the northern boundary of Lot 14, to and across Marshland Road to the south-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 12804; thence easterly along the southern boundary of Lot 1, Deposit Plan No. 12804 to the south-eastern corner thereof; thence northerly along the eastern boundary of Lot 1 to the southern boundary of Lot 2, Deposit Plan No. 5118; thence easterly along the southern boundary of Lot 2 to a point in production of the western boundary of Lot 4, Deposit Plan No. 8300; thence southerly along that production and the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

SEVENTH SCHEDULE

Greers Road to Aorangi Road Extension

All that area of land in the Canterbury Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, such point being on the right bank of the South Wairarapa Stream, distant 5 chains north-west of Ilam Road; thence north-westerly along the right bank of that stream to the south-eastern side of Greers Road; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern side of Greers Road to the Special Area boundary; thence south-easterly generally and south-westerly along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.
