A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928,
I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby set apart for an automatic-telephone exchange and
line store; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 30th day of March 1953.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart:
1 rood 24·3 perches.
Being Lots 6 and 7, D.P. 38911, being part Allotment 258,
Parish of Takapuna, and being formerly part of the land
comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 423,
folio 96 (Auckland Land Registry).
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 17th day of March 1953.

hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day
of March 1953.

perches.

Whareama Block.
