A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of March 1953.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6 acres 3 roods 23·8 perches.

Being part Section 39, Suburbs of Weymouth.

Situated in Block Xlll, Otahuhu Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 37495.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 139681, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of March 1953.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of March 1953.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre.

Being Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, D.P. 40, being part Section 560, Hokonui Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 15, folio 225 (Southland Land Registry).
