O'LEARY, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, excepting thereout the portion of subsoil comprised in Proclamation 2474 (Otago Land Registry), now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of December 1952.

O'LEARY, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the right of way appurtenant thereto taken by Proclamation No. 902, and subject to the right of way created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 34508 (Gisborne Land Registry), to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, and subject to and together with the said rights of way.
