Land Proclaimed as Street in the Borough of Te Awamutu [L.S.] H. F. O'LEARY, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 2 acres 17 perches. Being Lot 34, D.P.S. 770, being part Allotments 233, 234, and 341, Parish of Mangapiko, and being part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 748, folio 164 (Auckland Land Registry).

Land Held for Housing Purposes Set Apart for Road in the City of Dunedin [L.S.] H. F. O'LEARY, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, excepting thereout the portion of subsoil comprised in Proclamation 2474 (Otago Land Registry), now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of December 1952.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart : 17ยท59 perches. Being part Lots 26, 27, and 28, D.P. 7039, being part Section 35. Situated in Block VI, Town District (City of Dunedin), (Otago R.D.). (S.O. 11635.) O'LEARY, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 47 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes (line store and garage); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of December 1952.

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138886, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work, and Not Required for That Purpose, to be Crown Land, Subject To and Together With Certain Rights [L.s.] H. F. O'LEARY, Administrator of the Government A PROCLAMATION PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the right of way appurtenant thereto taken by Proclamation No. 902, and subject to the right of way created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 34508 (Gisborne Land Registry), to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948, and subject to and together with the said rights of way.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be Crown land : 5l acres l rood 20-2 perches. Being Section 47, Block II, Motu Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 91, folio 151 (Gisborne Land Registry).

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 134549, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
