Land, Together With Easements of Drainage and Other Rights, and Water and Incidental Rights Taken for Milk-treating Houses in Block II, Rimutaka Survey District, and the City of Lower Hutt

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto, together with the easements of drainage and other rights created by Deeds registered Nos. 140114 (257/471), 142204, and 142205 (265/118 and 127), from, through, and over part of the land in certificates of title, Volume 352, folios 88, 90, and 91, together with the water and incidental rights (limited as to duration) over part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 352, folio 91, granted by Transfer No. 231210, appurtenant to the land in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby taken for milk-treating houses; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of December 1952.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre and 15·9 perches.
Being Section 470, Hutt District.
Situated in Block II, Rimutaka Survey District. (S.O. 22284.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138312, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:—

0 1 0 Part Section 32, Hutt District, and being also Lot 81, D.P. 1534, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 454, folio 268 (Wellington Land Registry).
0 1 0 Part Section 32, Hutt District, and being also Lot 82, D.P. 1534, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 409, folio 78 (Wellington Land Registry).
Situated in the City of Lower Hutt.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O’Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 30th day of May 1951 and published in Gazette No. 45 of the 7th day of June 1951, at page 807, and hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 3 acres 1 rood 26 perches.
Adjoining Rural Sections 1487 and 1593.
Situated in Block II, Halswell Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 8299.)
