Crown Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.

SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waitomo County, containing by admeasurement 2,373 acres and 15 perches, more or less, being Sections 2 and 11, Block I, and Sections 4 and 6, Block II, Maungamangero Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 43/2, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of November 1952.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Waitomo County, containing by admeasurement 1,663 acres 2 roods 39 perches, more or less, and being Sections 5A, 15, 17, and 18, Block I, Maungamangero Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 43/1, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (South Auckland plan S.O. 31256.)

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangaroa County, containing by admeasurement 2 acres and 35 perches, more or less, situated in Block XIII, Kaeo Survey District, and being Allotment N. 128, Pupuke Parish. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 5/48, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue. (North Auckland plan S.O. 813.)

As the same is more particularly delineated on plan No. 113/34, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (Nelson plan S.O. 9743.)

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11849, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the 5th day of February 1951, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the same year at page 218, taking additional land at Hastings for the purposes of the Wellington-Napier Railway-as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 6.57 perches.
Being part Railway land in Proclamation 96284, being formerly part Lot 1, D.P. 5187, and being part Subdivision E, Heretaunga Block.
Situated in the Borough of Hastings. (S.O. 2627.)
In the Hawke's Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11906, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of December 1952.
