Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land for Housing Purposes
in the Borough of Gisborne

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 8th day of November 1949, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 69 of the 10th day of the same month, at page 2633, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Gisborne as No. 1131, taking land for housing purposes in the Borough of Gisborne, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land no longer required: 3.24 perches.
Being part Gisborne Suburban Section 154.
Situated in the Borough of Gisborne. (S.O. 4750.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138856, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of November 1952.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Humphrey Francis O'Leary, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedules hereto is hereby taken for housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of December 1952.

In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 138847, deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

13 2 17.5 Part Section 10, Block II, East Taieri Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 116, folio 11 (Otago Land Registry).
7 3 25.66 Part Section 10, Block II, East Taieri Survey District, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 350, folio 66 (Otago Land Registry).
Situated in the Borough of Mosgiel.
