PURSUANT to the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes an Order in Council dated 7 December 1939, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the 7th day of that month, appointing a Domain Board to control the Springston Domain, and hereby appoints

to be the Graham’s Beach Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby appoints Monday, the 22nd day of December 1952, at 12.30 o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the County Office, Roulston Street, Pukekohe, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Cancelling the Vesting of Portion of a Reserve in the Nelson City Council

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms portion of a reserve for a site for a quarry, and is vested, in trust, in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson:
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Nelson City Council has duly consented to such cancellation:
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 10 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Nelson of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
