Pursuant to section 48 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints

The Hutt County Council

to be the Otaihanga Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and hereby appoints Thursday, the 27th day of November 1952, at 2 o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Bowen Chambers, Bowen Street, Wellington, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT—OTAIHANGA DOMAIN

ALL that area situated in Blocks V and IX, Kaitawa Survey District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres and 10 perches, more or less, being Lot 1 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Wellington under No. 15982, being parts Ngarara West A Nos. 6, 15A, 16, and 59B.
