NELSON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area containing by admeasurement 13·6 perches, more or less, being part Section 370, City of Nelson, and being part of the land comprised and described in Crown Grant, Volume 1G, folio 179 (Nelson Registry), and being all the land bordered red on Nelson S.O. plan 9768. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/5/367A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Cancelling the Vesting of a Reserve in the Paparoa Public Hall Society (Incorporated)

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of November, 1952
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve for a site for a public hall and is vested, in trust, in the Paparoa Public Hall Society (Incorporated) :
And whereas it is expedient that the vesting of the said land as hereinbefore referred to should be cancelled, and the Paparoa Public Hall Society (Incorporated) has duly consented to such cancellation :
Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (1) of section 10 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby cancels the vesting in the Paparoa Public Hall Society (Incorporated) of the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that area situated in Block XI, Matakohe Survey District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being part of the southern portion of Allotment 93, Parish of Paparoa, and being all the land comprised and described in Conveyance No. 176046, registered in the Land Registry Office at Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/11/155A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve in the Rangitikei County Council

At the Government House at Wellington, this 26th day of November, 1952
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is a reserve duly set apart as a reserve for a site for a public hall :
And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in the Rangitikei County Council :
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 17 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests the control of the said reserve in the Rangitikei County Council.

Vesting the Control of a Reserve in the Automobile Association (North Otago) Incorporated

HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a camping-ground :
And whereas it is expedient that the control of the said reserve should be vested in the Automobile Association (North Otago) Incorporated :
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 17 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby vests the control of the said reserve in the Automobile Association (North Otago) Incorporated.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto has been duly set apart as a reserve for a site for a public hall :
And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said reserve in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otamatea :
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Otamatea, in trust, for a site for a public hall.

And whereas, in the opinion of the Administrator of the Government, it is expedient to vest the said reserves in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Havelock North :
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 9 of the Public Reserves, Domains, and National Parks Act 1928, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby declares that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the reserves described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Havelock North, in trust, for plantation purposes.
